On the outside, the Velar Dynamic HSE is now more sharper and modern in its design approach. It most notably gets the all-new pixel LED headlamp set up from the carmaker and a black contrast roof. Then the front fascia has also been redesigned to resemble its bigger siblings in terms of design cues. It also gets copper-coloured inserts on the hood plaques and fender plaques, which differentiate it from the older model. The 20-inch alloy wheels on the new Velar HSE also get a new design and a grey colour.

The interior is where the 2023 Velar HSE gets the maximum updates, it is now more minimal in terms of physical buttons and touch points, when compared to the earlier model. The new 11.4-inch high-definition infotainment screen takes centre stage and then it still gets an all-digital instrument cluster. In other gizmos, the Velar comes equipped with 20-way massage front seats with heating and cooling. It also gets air purification, four-zone climate control, wireless charging and a Meridian sound system.
In terms of powertrains, the Range Rover Velar HSE offers the option for both a 2.0-litre petrol and a diesel motor. The petrol engine produces 247 hp and is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 2024 Velar HSE will be available in four exterior colours and two interior theme options and has a starting price of Rs 94.3 lakh ex-showroom.
