Scoring a respectable 76% on Metacritic, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is set in Londoin during the Industrial Revolution.
The game was seen as a return to form for the series when it launched all the way back in 2015.
Critics praised the controls, setting and gang system, the latter of which can be used to aid players in battle.
Famous locations include Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the Tower of London.
Players can explore these iconic landmarks using the Rope Launcher, which was newly added for this game.
Other unqiue features include the addition of horse-drawn carriages and high speed trains.
It also features dual protagonists, something which is extremely topical following the official announcement of GTA 6.
Ubisoft explains more: “London, 1868. The Industrial Revolution unleashes an incredible age of invention, transforming the lives of millions with technologies once thought impossible.
“Opportunities created during this time period have people rushing to London to engage in this new world.
“A world no longer controlled by kings, emperors, politicians or religion, but by a new common denominator: money.”
