Jennifer Lopez completely shimmered in her 2024 Met Gala look. The cochair of the event fashioned a butterfly-inspired sheer and sparkling Schiaparelli dress for the occasion. The “Marry Me” star completed her outfit with satin platform sandals, gold clutch, a diamond necklace and diamond earrings.

Irina Shayk embodied the sparkle trend at the 2024 Met Gala. The model was dressed head-to-toe in Swarovski crystals, which took over 200 hours to create. Shayk also wore layers of bangles and bracelets, a statement necklace and bold earrings to complete her glittering look.
The Met Gala raises funds for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and celebrates the Costume Institute’s annual exhibits. This year’s theme, “The Garden of Time,” nods to the “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” exhibit, which will open to the public on Friday. The 2024 event is notably cochaired by Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, Chris Hemsworth and Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour.
