In an inspiring display of determination and commitment, 50 contestants recently participated in the highly anticipated fourth edition of the Australian Shake and Glow Challenge.
The challenge involves swapping one regular meal a day with The Collagen Co’s protein rich Glow Shake for 28 days, with participants staying fuller for longer as a result.
Collectively, the group of participants shed a whopping 180kg, which not only highlights the effectiveness of the program but also the participants’ dedication to transforming their health and wellness.

The winner of the challenge was Kassi who lost 9.55kg in the 28-day time frame.
