I lost around 15 kgs in 5-6 months

What Was Your Weight Loss Diet And Routine?

There is no such particular weight loss diet. However, I made sure to start my day with coconut water. I drank buttermilk and chia seeds water once a day for good metabolism.

Did You Completely Cut Down on Sugar?

No, I didn’t cut down sugar completely, I used to take sugar in my tea but no additional sugar whatsoever.

Did You Have Cheat Meals?

I didn’t take any cheat meals as such because I ate everything in moderation but I did binge once in a month or two. I love rice so basically anything with rice was my cheat meal.

What is One Rule That You Abide by For Losing Weight?

One thing I realised during my weight loss journey was to stay consistent no matter what. There will be times when you can’t give your best every day but make sure you don’t give up. Even if it’s 50%, the key is to stay consistent.

What Was One Thing That Worked Best For You?

I think what worked for me the best was going for walks for at least 90 minutes. I made sure to have a lighter breakfast and a heavier dinner.

One Challenge That You Faced And How Did You Overcome It?

I wasn’t losing weight, so in between I was demotivated. My weight did start to permanently drop when I attempted to alter my diet and exercise regimen.

Is There a Weight Loss Myth That You Got to Know About During Your Journey?

I believed that rice and sugar make you gain weight but that was a myth. I eat rice and sugar in portion control and still lose fat.
