Not two weeks after walking in Alaïa’s spring 2025 show at the Guggenheim Museum in New York, Kendall Jenner is showing more love to the French brand in its domicile.
Today, Jenner wore the label in Paris—though she swapped the nude bandeau top and voluminous, low-waisted skirt for a piece that predates her. The model donned a gray plaid jacket from Azzedine Alaïa’s fall 1988 collection, complete with a boxy top and nipped waist to create an exaggerated silhouette. The same blazer sold on The RealReal for $477.
The newly-blonde Jenner paired the prize vintage with a black boatneck top and straight-legged blue jeans. She kept accessories minimal with a pair of diminutive hoop earrings, rectangular black sunglasses, and black pointy-toe flats. Giving her look a businesslike touch, she carried a black Hermès Kelly briefcase.
Jenner has taken this approach to Parisian dressing before, right down to the 1988 Alaïa and the Kelly. In June 2023, she hit the streets of the French capital in an ecru square-neck minidress with a similarly cinched waist. She also accessorized with a pair of pointy-toe black flats, rectangular sunnies, and an Hermès briefcase (in burgundy).
Clearly, Kendall Jenner—and Alaïa—know not to mess with a good thing.
