Kate Middleton’s favourite white and rose gold Veja trainers have been finishing off her outfits perfectly for years. The exact colourway she owns are currently on sale at Selfridges for £25 off however, the brand have also just released two new styles and they are ideal for autumn.
The Veja V-90 Sneaker and the Campo Sneaker are classic styles and just like Kate’s trusty pair, they are both easy to wear with a variety of outfits.
Featuring Veja’s classic lace-up front, the V-90 trainers have a burgundy V logo giving a pop of warm colour. They have a slightly thicker sole, giving the wearer some height and more padding around the ankle. You can find them at Size for £150 in sizes three to six.
The Campo Sneaker is a little sleeker with a thinner sole, creating a silhouette similar to Kate’s Veja trainers. The newest release of the style boasts rich green detailing and are £105 in sizes three to eight at Schuh.
When it comes to styling Veja trainers, the white base makes them easy to pair with almost any outfit. The pops of colour don’t have to make a huge statement, however you can incorporate the accented colours into your style with matching outerwear.
Kate Middleton has paired hers with everything from jeans to tailored trousers, spotted wearing them both during royal engagements and when off-duty.
Speaking of the Campo trainers, one reviewer said they are ‘very comfortable’ from first wear. They wrote: “I would never normally wear new shoes for the first time for any length of time, however, unintentionally I was on my feet for five hours wearing these trainers for the first time. I needn’t have worried, they were very comfortable.”
Someone else mentioned that they are ‘quite large fitting’ so that might be something to consider when choosing your size.
Veja isn’t the only trainer brand that features in Kate Middleton’s wardrobe. The royal wears her Superga Cotu Classic Trainers frequently and they are currently half price on Amazon, reduced down to £25.
The simple white trainers have racked up close to 20,000 five star reviews on Amazon, with many saying they are ‘great quality and so comfortable’.
If you’re looking for a high street alternative, the Marks and Spencer White Lace Up Trainers are £29.50 in sizes three to eight.
