Bridal fashion group Rosa Clará has announced plans to invest €20 million in a new corporate headquarters in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, set to open in 2026.
According to a statement released by the company on Thursday, Rosa Clará has acquired a 4,000-square-meter plot adjacent to its existing logistics center in the area and aims to construct a 12,000-square-meter building “in the coming months.”
The new facility will house the group’s corporate offices, design and production center, and a logistics hub designed to enhance operational efficiency and increase the company’s overall logistics capacity.
The company’s CEO Manuel Cano described this project as “the most significant investment in the group’s 30-year history.” By securing additional space, the company aims to solidify its long-term growth prospects.
In 2023, Rosa Clará reported €71 million in sales and an EBITDA of €15.5 million. As part of its next strategic move, the company intends to strengthen its retail presence in the U.S. market.
“The expansion of our retail operations in the United States will complement our existing distribution network in the multi-brand channel,” said company vice president Daniel Clará.
Rosa Clará currently employs 500 direct staff members and an additional 1,000 indirect workers. The company releases 16 bridal collections and six evening wear lines each year, serving clients in 80 countries through a combination of proprietary stores, franchises, and multi-brand retailers.
