Though Ratan Tata passed away on 9th October, he has left big legacy behind him by the companies which he has backed during his tenure, but many people are still unaware that these companies are owned by Tata’s.

The Tata Group, one of India’s most trusted brands, is known for its wide-ranging businesses from steel to automobiles. While Tata Group has 29 listed companies, some of its significant ventures operate without the “Tata” name, making them relatively unknown to the general public.

From high-fashion and coffee to everyday groceries, Tata’s influence spans a wide spectrum, even beyond its most famous brands like Tata Steel and Tata Motors. Through these diverse brands, Tata Group continues to expand its footprint across multiple sectors, still many people are not aware that they are part of the Tata legacy.

Here’s a look at these companies, which, despite their names not including “Tata,” are key parts of the Tata Group.
