Premium menswear brands Hackett London and David Gandy Wellwear have introduced the second chapter of their partnership.

It’s a new collection that “elevates the off-duty moments of daily life with comfort that doesn’t compromise on style”.

The 12-piece range “continues to merge Hackett London’s world-renowned classic, traditional menswear with David Gandy Wellwear’s progressive innovation that combines wardrobe and well-being”.

The collection’s luxury lounge and sleepwear is underpinned by ‘fabric, form and function’ “all tailored towards the needs of the discerning modern man”.

These are enhanced with ‘Wellwear Care’, an innovative technical treatment applied to the fabrics claimed to “improve the wearer’s physical well-being” through the moisturising and anti-inflammatory skin-caring properties of Aloe Vera extract.

The collection’s “protagonist” is the new Cashmere-Wool Lounge Set with a 12-gauge honeycomb texture. It features a zip-up hoodie and matching lounge pants in charcoal. The set also marks a first knitwear design for David Gandy Wellwear.

Also new is the Luxury Lounge Funnel Neck in navy, available as a set with a matching Luxury Lounge Pant.

Meanwhile, a “favourite” from the launch collection, the crew neck Luxury Lounge Tee and matching Lounge Pant, has been reimagined in steel blue.

Sleepwear also introduces a new colour palette this autumn in bottle green “as a nod to the dark green accents in trims and embroidered branding exclusive to the collaboration”.

It includes the Premium Pyjama Tee, a comfort-first Premium Pyjama Pant and the Ultimate Pyjama Shirt and Pant, with atraditional button-up design.

There is also a Waffle Robes in matching bottle green or navy, while a pair of Oxford Pyjamas completes the collection.

David Gandy, founder and creative director of David Gandy Wellwear, said: “This season we continue to embrace our shared appreciation for authenticity and craftsmanship, while exploring new opportunities for both brands. By uniting the two British brands and their respective expertise we continue to explore the wealth of opportunity in modern menswear.”
