Success knows no age limits, and Nandini Agarwal’s inspiring journey is proof of that. From the small town of Morena in Madhya Pradesh, Nandini achieved the incredible feat of becoming the world’s youngest female Chartered Accountant, as recognized by the Guinness World Records. Her journey toward this milestone began when she was just 16 years old.
Demonstrating extraordinary academic talent, Nandini advanced two grades in school, passing her 10th-grade board exams at the age of 13 and her 12th-grade exams by 15. On November 29, 2021, at just 19 years, 8 months, and 18 days old, she secured the top rank in the CA exam, marking a new record in her field.
Who Is Nandini Agarwal – Youngest Indian CA
Nandini Agarwal achieved an impressive score of 614 out of 800 (76.75%) in her Chartered Accountancy final exam in 2021, surpassing 83,000 other candidates to claim the top spot.
In an exclusive interview with the Times of India, Nandini shared a pivotal moment from her journey. When she was in class 11, a Guinness World Record holder visited her school, sparking her dream to set a record of her own—one that would be tough to break. This aspiration led her to take on one of the most challenging exams: the CA final.
At just 16, Nandini faced obstacles when searching for an internship, as many firms were reluctant to take on someone so young. She noted that these setbacks only strengthened her resolve and determination.
Nandini credits much of her success to her strong bond with her brother, Sachin, who has been her biggest supporter and motivator. Sachin, now 21, achieved an All-India Rank of 18 in the 2021 CA exams, scoring 568 out of 800. Both siblings attended Victor Convent School and topped their Morena district, each scoring 94.5% in their class 12 exams in 2017, as Nandini had skipped two grades to catch up with her brother.
