NEET Success Story: It is rightly said that the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. Success does not come knocking at your door – it’s a destination reached through relentless effort, unwavering determination, and countless hours of dedicated work. Well, meet Madhuri Reddy G of Telangana, who emerged as the topper among girls and secured an all-India rank(AIR) of seven in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test, NEET 2019. For Reddy, it was her dream come true moment as she only dreamt of becoming a doctor since childhood.
Speaking of her NEET marks, Reddy obtained 695 out of 720 marks and got 99.9993620 percentile. The NEET is conducted by the NTA for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in medical and dental colleges. It is one of the toughest examinations in India conducted annually by the National Testing Agency(NTA). With AIR 7, Reddy secured the first position in the list of 20 female toppers.
Madhuri Reddy G hails from Telangana. According to an interview published in SheThePeople in 2019, Reddy’s father G Thirupathi Reddy is a software engineer in Hyderabad while her mother is a homemaker. “Right from the childhood, Madhuri has been brilliant in her studies and she secured 98.6 per cent marks in her Intermediate (Class 12). She used to put in 10-12 hours of hard work every day,” G Thirupathi Reddy, Madhuri Reddy G’s father was quoted as saying to SheThePeople. She even secured 5th rank in AP EAMCET 2019.
According to the media reports, Madhuri joined the foundation course for medicine in class 7 at Narayana Group of Institutions.
