Adidas is set to open a ‘Home of Sport’ flagship store in Vancouver this November, marking the brand’s first store of its kind in North America.

Located on Robson Street, in the historic Robson Central building, once home to Vancouver’s Central Public Library, the new store spans nearly 35,000 square feet across two floors.
The location is designed to honor the building’s rich history, showcasing restored finishes and architectural details that pay homage to its original structure, while housing performance gear, lifestyle apparel and more.
Among the store’s unique features, the Run Lab will provide personalized running analyses using advanced biometric technology, to help shoppers find the perfect footwear fit. Likewise, the Made For You customization area will let customers personalize popular products with designs inspired by Vancouver’s culture, allowing shoppers to express their individual style.
“Our new store on Robson Street is an exciting step for adidas in Vancouver and also within Canada,” said Lesley Hawkins, vice president of retail at Adidas Canada.
“Our goal is to create a community hub that honours both sport and culture, combining elements like our state-of-the-art Run Lab for personalized footwear analysis and Made For You customization areas to provide an enhanced and memorable shopping experience for everyone.”
Vancouver is a key market for Adidas, with the new locations showcasing the brand’s commitment to the city. Looking ahead, the store aims to be a space that can host community events and activations. Adidas also said it will host an official grand opening for the Home of Sport store, in 2025.
