The 23-year-old also polled 21 votes to finish in the top 10 of the Brownlow Medal and firmly establish himself as one of the best midfielders in the competition.
He also finished second behind great mate Zak Butters in the best fairest after winning the award last year.
Port Adelaide’s season ended in disappointing fashion with a straight-sets exit from the finals after losses to Brisbane and GWS Giants.
But despite the on-field low, Rozee ended the year on a high off the field.
The happy couple, who have been together for three years, shared a series of photos on their Instagram accounts with the caption, “Forever with you.”
Class A Jewellers, who designed the ring, also shared a video which shows Rozee not only helping in the original plans, but also helping make the actual ring.
“It’s perfect for you. Our newest jeweller did the best job,” Class A Jewellers said in the replies to Packer.
The happy couple’s post was inundated with comments from teammates and friends.
“Unreal,” Butters wrote.
“Congrats lovers!!!!” Kellie Finlayson said.
Todd Marshall, Boyd Woodcock, Miles Bergman, Kane Farrell and Mitch Georgiades were other Power players to pass on their congratulations.
The Power enjoyed an up-and-down season with a club record 13-match winning streak before losing both of their finals.
They made a splash in the trade period with the recruitment of talls Ivan Soldo and Jordon Sweet, as well as key defenders Esava Ratugolea and Brandon Zerk-Thatcher.
