From hitting cardio to lifting weights, she does it all to maintain her enviable physique. She recently posted a video of herself engaging in an intense workout session. Alia offered a glimpse into her leg day in the gym and her training session is bound to give you major Monday fitness motivation.
On Sunday, the Raazi actress took to her Instagram stories and shared a video from her latest workout in the gym. Dressed in black athleisure, she was seen lifting a heavy 20kg weight, with the focus on her leg exercise. Her trainer was also present in the video, rooting and cheering for her. While sharing the video on her stories. Alia captioned it, “On Sundays, we do legs, accompanied by a weightlifter emoji.”

Recently, Alia launched her first children’s picture book, ‘Ed Finds A Home’ with her mom Soni Razdan, and sister Shaheen Bhatt. She also took to Instagram and expressed her happiness over the book launch.
“A new adventure begins ‘Ed finds a Home’ is just the beginning of a new series of books from the universe of Ed-a-mamma.. My childhood was full of storytelling and storytellers .. and one day I had a dream to bring out that child in me and put it into books for children. I am so grateful to my fellow storytellers, Vivek Kamath, @shabnamminwalla and @tanvibhat.draws, who with their wonderful ideas, inputs, and imagination helped bring our first book to life..Fingers crossed for this journey ahead ,” Alia wrote.
On the professional front, Alia Bhatt has the action thriller Jigra lined up for release on October 11, during the festive Dussehra weekend. The talented actress is also set to star shooting for the YRF Spy Universe movie very soon, along with Sharvari Wagh. Also, she has Love & War With Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal that will be helmed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
