The DB12 looks similar to the DB11 but the DB12 gets a much larger grille with swept-back headlamps and aggressive lines on the bonnet. The car also features a new LED DRL design with chrome accents on the grille and large air intakes on both ends. On the side, it has a huge wheel arch with air vents and the front and rear track have been widened by 6mm and 22mm.
Moving inside, the car gets a newly designed dashboard layout and the car also features rear seats. The supercar gets twin 12.3-inch digital screens for the infotainment system and the instrument cluster. It also gets Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, connected car tech, onboard 4G connectivity, OTA updates and much more.
The Aston Martin DB12 is powered by a 4.0-litre, twin-turbo, V8 engine sourced from Mercedes-AMG. This engine puts out 680hp of power and 800Nm of torque. The engine comes paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox which sends power to the rear wheels and it also gets a new electronic rear differential. Aston Martin claims the new DB12 can sprint from 0-100 kph in 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 325 kph. The DB12 gets five drive modes including Wet, Individual, GT, Sport, and Sport+ modes.
