Bunnings shoppers are going wild over new mega cheap dishwashing tablets

Bunnings shoppers are going wild over a new variety of dishwashing tablets — and they’re so cheap.

The hardware giant is now selling packs of 100 of Exonic Dishwashing Tablets for just $12.80, which works out to just under 13 cents each.

Bunnings says Exonic offers “a convenient user-friendly pre-measured, all in one formula for superior cleaning power and streak free results.”

It adds that the tablets “accelerated drying speed will help brighten tableware and provide streak free results” and “100% phosphate, borate, chlorine bleach and preservative free and will kill 99.9% of bacteria.”

Sharing on a popular Facebook page, one Bunnings shopper called on others for reviews — and received glowing feedback.

“I’m onto my second pack I think they’re good no problems with them here,” said one on the Mums Who Clean page.

Another added: “They work for me, I am on my third lot. Everything comes out clean.”

A third wrote: “Work perfect in our dishwasher.”

Others said they worked well — but only if you put them in the bottom of the dishwasher.

“I use these and they do a great job. I pop one in the bottom of dishwasher not the actual holder,” one said.

Another added: “Have had no issue with them! I pop it on the bottom of the dishwasher, not in the holder and they work perfectly fine.”

Others said they were frustrated as you have to remove the plastic wrapping before using.

“I’m using them and they are good. But painful to keep opening the packets,” said one.

One more wrote: “I have tried them and they are not for me !! You need scissors to get the covers off and I found I needed to use two to get a clean wash!”

A third said: “Terrible, don’t do it.”
