California’s 4th largest wildfire at 420,827 acres

The fourth-largest wildfire in California history ripped through nearly 7,000 more acres leading up to Tuesday morning, and containment stalled amid blazing hot conditions that will continue Wednesday, fire officials said.

The Park Fire, burning in Tehama and Butte counties and the Lassen National Forest, remained at 34% containment while growing to by 7 a.m. Wednesday, according to Cal Fire.
