CUET UG 2024 Answer Key has been released. However, a section of students allege discrepancies and errors in the published CUET provisional key.
New Delhi: Following the declaration of the CUET UG Answer Key 2024, students have taken to the social media platform X, alleging that the CUET provisional key contains discrepancies and errors. Sharing a post on X, a user wrote, “When I checked my GEOGRAPHY OMR sheet with the CUET(UG) answer key. I am shocked Because 80% of the answer key was wrong. When I calculated the number with the wrong answer key that NTA provides,I only got 26 but in reality I will get 122 . Where my 17 questions are correct.”

It is to be noted that the CUET UG Answer Key was released on July 7. Candidates can challenge, if any, against the CUET provisional answer key till July 9(up to 5 PM). The National Testing Agency conducted the Commun Unversity Entrance Test (UG) – 2024 Examination in Hybrid mode (CBT and Pen & Paper) Mode on 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, and 29 May 2024 at various Examination Centers located in 379 cities including 26 cities outside India, for about 13.48 lacs candidates.
CUET UG Answer Key 2024: Pay Rs 200 Per Answer Challenged
Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per answer challenged, within a specified period. Candidates can also submit representation against the OMR grading by paying a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question challenged. “Almost 35 Answers are wrongly displayed in NTA’s CUET UG Psychology (CBT) exam ??? My daughter who is one of the finest and best Psychology student is in TRAUMA ! I will challenge their answer key in court if we will not get justice (by humiliating negligence of NTA) !,” wrote another user.

Another user commented, “Look @NTA_Exams you provide so many wrong answers in key who is going to pay thousand of rupees for your mistake ? We are not going to pay or accept evaluation on this bogus answer key.”
Last Date to Challenge CUET UG Answer Key Today
No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee.The Challenges will not be accepted through any other medium. Challenges made by the candidates will be verified by a panel of subject experts. If the challenge
of any candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Key, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. The key finalized by the Experts after the challenge will be final. No challenge will be accepted after 09 July 2024 (up to 05:00 P.M.). Challenges accepted against any Answer Key will be applicable to all candidates who would have attempted the corresponding Question.
