BBC Sport pundit Chris Sutton has sent a warning to the remaining Euro 2024 teams over a former Manchester United player who is still a “massive threat.”
Euro 2024 has reached the last four and the tournament will resume on Tuesday evening with Spain taking on France in the first of two semi-finals.
Spain knocked out Germany in a 2-1 win in the quarter-finals to set up their showdown with France at the Allianz Arena in Munich.
France, on the other hand, dumped fellow Euro 2024 favourites Portugal out of the competition after a penalty shootout win in the last eight.
Following on from France and Spain’s semi-final clash, England will meet the Netherlands at the Westfalenstadion in Dortmund on Wednesday evening.
England, who are considered one of the tournament favourites, reached the semi-finals with a penalty shootout win over Switzerland in the quarter-finals.
Meanwhile, the Netherlands produced a sensational second-half comeback to beat Turkey 2-1 at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on Saturday.

Sutton singles out former Man Utd player
Speaking in his column for BBC Sport, Chris Sutton dropped his two cents on the impact that former Manchester United player Wout Weghorst can have in a match.
Wout Weghorst arrived at Old Trafford in 2023 as part of a loan deal with Burnley and spent the second half of the 2022-23 season with the Red Devils.
However, the 31-year-old Netherlands striker only managed to score two times and registered three assists in 31 appearances for United.
Weghorst has made sporadic appearances for the Netherlands at Euro 2024, including scoring against Poland and picking up an assist against Austria.
Sutton spotlighted the impact the former United player had when he came off the bench in the match against Turkey, with Weghorst proving to be a “massive threat.”
“Wout Weghorst’s physicality made the difference for the Dutch against Turkey after he came on at half-time when they were 1-0 down,” he said.
“England manager Gareth Southgate has been accused of not being decisive enough with his substitutions, but Ronald Koeman got it right for the Netherlands there.
“Rather than trying to be intricate and playing through Turkey, they got the ball wide, crossed it in and Weghorst was a massive threat.
“I do not necessarily think he will start against England, but they will have him as an option on the bench if they need him.
“It is not just Weghorst that England have to watch out for though, because Cody Gakpo will be dangerous too.
“Gakpo probably has not delivered the form we expected from him for Liverpool, but he has had his moments. For the Netherlands, though, he has been their best player at this tournament.”

Sutton predicts Netherlands vs England
United players Luke Shaw and Kobbie Mainoo are tipped to play starring roles for England in their semi-final showdown against the Netherlands at Euro 2024.
Sutton has insisted that England face their “toughest” match at the tournament, but he has backed the Three Lions to beat the Netherlands and progress to the final.
“So, how do you call this? I don’t think anything is going to drastically change in the way England play – they are not going to suddenly find some amazing patterns of play that break the Netherlands down,” he added.
“Instead, if England are going to reach their second successive Euros final, they are going to have to rely on individual brilliance again.
“I have not just been blindly backing them to get through each knockout round in Germany but they are definitely on the more gentle side of the draw.
“This is their toughest game yet, and it is going to be very close, but I do think England will edge it… somehow.”
