Swati Meena Naik, a 2008 batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, hails from Sikar, Rajasthan. She cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination in 2007 at the young age of 22, becoming the youngest officer in her batch. Securing an All India Rank (AIR) of 260, she achieved this feat on her very first attempt.

Swati Meena Naik, an IAS officer of the 2008 batch, completed her education in Ajmer, graduating from Sophia Girls’ College. She secured All India Rank (AIR) 260 in her first attempt at the UPSC Civil Services Examination. Swati has held significant positions, including serving as Secretary in the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. Later, she was appointed as the Director of the Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation under the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation by the Central Government.
Swati Meena Naik comes from a family dedicated to public service. Her father is a Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officer, while her mother, Dr. Saroj Meena, managed a petrol pump. Continuing the family’s legacy in civil services, her younger sister is an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer from the 2011 batch.
