It is well-known that tickets to Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour are very difficult to get hold of.
But luckily for fans in Munich, Germany, the American songstress performed over the weekend at the city’s stadium Olympiastadion, conveniently situated next to a nearby hill.

Thousands of desperate fans who missed out on tickets were seen camping on the hill, hoping to catch a glimpse of Swift.
Footage that went viral on TikTok shows Swift’s extraordinary influence, as a thick crowd is seen atop the hill, captured by a fan from inside the stadium.
“The way people (are) climbing up the hills to watch Taylor Swift at Munich Eras tour, what??” the caption read.
“Her impact is insane.”
Local police estimated about 40,000 people camped on the hill, along with an audience of 63,000 in the stadium each night.
The extended audience was not lost on Swift, who acknowledged the crowd during the concert.
“We have people in a park outside the stadium, thousands of people listening from out there!” she said.
Social media commenters were stunned by the number of people who turned out.
“We haven’t seen fame like this in a WHILE,” one said.
“This is next-level stuff,” another wrote.
“Absolutely unbelievable! Omg, Taylor! You Go Girl!!” added a third.
In Australia those without a ticket still arrived at the venue and camped out, listening to the music from outside, despite not having a vantage point to watch.
This is not the first time fans have gone to extraordinary events to see The Eras Tour in person.
When Swift performed in Madrid on May 29, one concertgoer was spotted standing alone at the top of the major stadium.
The ghostly figure was seen near the roof of Estadio Santiago Bernabéu stadium with intense lights streaming from behind and captured in footage shared on TikTok.
They were dancing to Swift’s song Delicate in what was likely a restricted section.
The Eras Tour will continue until December, wrapping in Vancouver almost two years after it kicked off in the US.
