Dharmendra thanks son Sunny Deol for US holiday – watch video | Hindi Movie News

Sunny Deol is the man of the moment, having delivered one of the biggest hits with Gadar 2, which has made more than Rs 500 crore at the box office. Following the release of the film, Sunny has been on a whirlwind trip promoting it. Recently, the actor took off to the United States of America with his parents Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur for the much needed break. It was rumoured that he has gone to the US for his father’s treatment but ETimes exclusively confirmed that the actor and his parents are there to meet his sisters Vijeta and Ajeeta, who have been in America since several years.

As their trip comes to an end, Dharmendra took to Instagram to thank Sunny Deol for the vacation.In the video Dharmendra is seen holding hands with Sunny, and he says, “Thank you Sunny, love you bete!”. He also went on to add, “Really enjoyed this trip with you. Take care and happy days are there.”
A few days back, the veteran actor had taken to X (formerly Twitter) to congratulate son Sunny Deol on the tremendous success of Gadar 2. He had shared, “Dosto, qismat wala hota hai Baap woh…jis ka beta kabhi jab Baap ban kar bacchon sa laad ladata hai (Only a father with great luck gets to see his son, when he becomes a father playfully fight with his children).”
He added, “Sunny brought me to USA to enjoy the success of Gadar 2 ……Dosto, Great full to you all for your good wishes to make the Gadar 2 A block buster.”
On the work front there is great excitement on what Sunny will be doing next. There was news that he will be join forces with filmmaker Rajkumar Santoshi for a movie, which will be backed by Aamir Khan, but for now that story is not true.
Meanwhile, Dharmendra will be seen essaying a pivotal role in Sriram Raghavan’s next, titled ‘Ikkis’. This film also stars Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda.
