Dior opened on Tuesday its latest boutique in Australia, at Westfield Bondi in Sydney.
The new boutique welcomes shoppers with an exterior facade that plays with subtle effects of light, relief, and depth, featuring sleek, undulating curves that evoke the movement of fabrics.
Inside, the boutique offers a nod to the brand’s Parisian roots, with a Versailles parquet floor reminiscent of Dior’s iconic 30 Montaigne location. The interior design is complete with pieces of furniture in soft shades of white, cream, beige, and gray— the signature colors of the brand’s founder, Christian Dior.
The boutique opens with Dior’s Autumn-Winter 2024-2025 ready-to-wear collection by Maria Grazia Chiuri, a celebration of pluralistic femininity. Shoppers can also explore Victoire de Castellane’s jewelry creations including the latest collection, Rose des Vents.
A separate space in the boutique is dedicated to Dior’s Winter 2024-2025 menswear line by Kim Jones, inspired by the flamboyant spirit of ballet legend Rudolf Nureyev.
As a special highlight, the boutique features pieces from Dior’s Beach Capsule, which includes a surfboard, wetsuit, and hammock, aligning with the brand’s commitment to sustainability and innovation while celebrating the Australian lifestyle.
