Hindenburg Research has alleged that SEBI Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch held investments in offshore funds used by the Adani group.
New Delhi: Chetan Bhagat, the famous author, has said that the concerns of foreign investors must be addressed, even if “overblown or unfair” in the wake of the latest Hindenburg bombshell about SEBI chief and the Adani Group.
Chetan Bhagat posted on X: “The perception among foreign investors that India’s markets are run ethically and fairly is extremely important. Domestic fanboys might be okay or even love the ‘they are out to get us’ narrative, but foreign investors matter far more for India’s growth than twitter chaman chintus and foreign investor concerns, even if overblown or unfair, must be addressed.”
