Fabletics has announced the U.S activewear brand’s expansion into Mexico through a partnership with Liverpool, a local omnichannel retail group founded nearly 200 years ago.

Under the deal, Fabletics will leverage Liverpool’s operational strength and experience in managing global brands in Mexico, with Liverpool overseeing Fabletics’ retail operations in Mexico, including a dedicated online store, as well as wholesales operations – beginning in the second quarter of 2025.
The California-based firm said the multi-year deal with Liverpool follows increased demand for the Fabletics brand abroad, including Mexico.
“There is a huge global opportunity to extend our unique offering of luxury activewear at an accessible price point,” said Michael Roth, vice president, international, Fabletics.
“We have big aspirations when it comes to bringing our high-quality product into new regions. Through this partnership with Liverpool, the brand is now able to meet the needs of the Mexican consumer.”
To start, offerings will focus on Fabletics’ core designs, including best selling active and lifewear pieces, and newly developed products. Looking ahead, Fabletics plans to expand its offerings, including new collaborations and collections – like Fabletics’ ongoing partnership Khloé Kardashian and the brand’s Luxe360 line that is designed by Fabletics co-founder, Ginger Ressler.

“It’s a unique opportunity for us to infuse our expertise in retail in Mexico with Fabletics’ world-class, high-quality designs, that we know consumers will be excited to finally get their hands on.”
Following Mexico, Fabletics plans to prioritize growth over the next five years, exploring expansion into additional new regions, like Central America, South America, Australia, and the Middle East.
Founded in 2013, Fabletics is today present in over 100 retail stores globally and operates in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe.
