Falconeri opens on rue de Rivoli in Paris, feted by Cedric Grolet

Falconeri has opened its latest boutique in Paris and celebrated the opening with a link-up with France’s most happening pastry chef Cedric Grolet.

Falconeri’s latest collection

In a clever meeting of Italian cashmere excellence and French delicacy, Grolet created five special flavors for the opening of the store.

Located at 92 rue de Rivoli in the 4th arrondissement, the boutique looks out on the historic Tour Saint-Jacques, a famed gothic tower located in a verdant square.

The 100-square-meter store spread over two floors is the largest of seven Falconeri boutiques in the French capital, and one of 15 in France, a key market for the cashmere specialist. An Italian marque noted for its clean minimalist lines, Falconeri sources its cashmere knits exclusively from Mongolian cashmere.

Last month, Falconeri, which is controlled by Italian hosiery and lingerie group Calzedonia, unveiled its latest  brand ambassador, actress Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, star of the hit TV series Call my Agent and Emily in Paris.

Grolet created flavours keeping witht the brand’s sense of quiet luxury

For the latest Paris opening, Grolet developed five tastes – including Piedmont almond and lemon Yuzu – partly echoing the colors of the fall winter 2023/2024 collection. And very much in keeping with the brand’s sense of quiet luxury.

Falconeri’s menswear and womenswear collections are distributed via 175 mono-brand stores worldwide, of which 91 are in Italy.

Falconeri is owned by the lingerie and hosiery group Calzedonia, owner of chains like Intimissimi, Calzedonia and Tezenis. In 2022, the group recorded annual revenue of €3.047 billion, equivalent to a 21.6% increase over the previous year.
