Gloucester head coach George Skivington has made four changes to the starting XV that beat Newcastle in treacherous conditions at Kingston Park last weekend.
In the front-row, Kirill Gotovtsev returns at tighthead prop for Fraser Balmain, where he joins Jamal Ford-Robinson and George McGuigan.
Freddie Thomas replaces Arthur Clark in the second-row alongside Freddie Clarke.
In the back-row, Zach Mercer and captain, Lewis Ludlow, are joined by Albert Tuisue, who makes his return from the Rugby World Cup with Fiji.
Academy graduate duo, Stephen Varney and George Barton, are the starting half-backs again, with last weekendβs player of the match, Seb Atkinson, retaining his starting spot in midfield alongside Chris Harris.
After Lloyd Evansβ early injury in Newcastle, Jake Morris was forced to fill in at full-back, and heβs rewarded for a solid effort by starting in the 15 jersey. Alex Hearle takes Morrisβ place on the right wing, with Ollie Thorley starting on the other.
On the Gloucester bench, Jack Singleton, Harry Elrington, Cam Jordan and Josh Hathaway come in, with Hathaway set to make his Premiership debut from the replacements.
Ciaran Knight, Jack Clement, Charlie Chapman and Max Llewellyn keep their places on the bench.
Meanwhile, Saracens are boosted by the return to fitness of Hugh Tizzard, who will pack down in the second-row after recovering from a foot injury.
Director of rugby Mark McCall has made three changes to the starting XV from the side that took on Bath last weekend for the latest test against a West Country outfit.
Mako Vunipola continues as captain alongside James Hadfield and Christian Judge in the front-row, replacing Marco Riccioni who is undergoing his return to play protocols. Tizard is back to join Callum Hunter-Hill in the engine room.
Nick Isiekwe moves to six to replace Theo McFarland, who has a shoulder injury. Isiekwe will be alongside Andy Christie and Tom Willis in an explosive back-row who will want to impose themselves on the Cherry and Whites.
Aled Davies and Manu Vunipola reunite as half-backs, with Nick Tompkins and Alex Lozowski in the midfield once again.

Alex Lewington comes in to the side on the left wing, and has Sean Maitland and Alex Goode for company in a back three which will aim to unlock the Gloucester defence.
On the bench there are two significant boosts, as Eroni Mawi returns from World Cup duty with Fiji, and Ivan van Zyl is back after suffering a broken finger in the Premiership Rugby Cup campaign.
