The Audi A8 L with an updated security version was released in Russia last year. Equipped with a shielded passenger compartment, the A8 L can easily defend against AK-47 bullets, grenades and mines that might be fired through the cabin. The Audi A8 L Security has certified VR9 ballistic protection and a substantial weight of 3,875 kg. The car cost Rs 9.15 crore in the Indian market.
