Hammers players complain of fatigue
West Ham boss David Moyes will have problems selecting his starting eleven for the match at Liverpool tomorrow after several Hammers players have complained of fatigue. Claret and Hugh has been told EXCLUSIVELY by a key source that the number of critical games the club is having to play has finally started to tell on the players who have made their position clear writes Hughie Southon.
Hammers players complain of fatigue
The Hammers have won just once in Liverpool in 60 years and for players to be complaining of fatigue before such a game is a worry and leaves the manager with a problem on top of captain Kurt Zouma’s absence given he is incapable of of playing two matches within a few days. Mickey Antonio will also be unavailable of course and the situation will leave the manager looking perhaps at fresher players who have missed the last few games.
That could see the likes of Kehrer, Benrahma and Mavropanos involved for starters although our source explained: “Due to fatigue and Zouma’s inability to play twice a week, changes are expected tomorrow, but its hoped it will be a pretty strong team”
Liverpool meanwhile are understood to have seven unavailable and it will depend on Moyes which of our are held back for the seriously important Premier League game against Manchester United at the weekend.
The team could look something like this: Fabianski, Kehrer, Mavropanos. Aguerd, Emerson; Ogbonna, Soucek, Paqueta, Fornals, Kudus, Bowen.
