A heartbreaking detail could be seen in aerial photos of Friends star Matthew Perry’s home after the actor’s shock death aged 54.
Images taken from the scene of Perry’s death in Los Angeles revealed police cars lining the street outside his home.
Perry was found dead at his LA residence on Saturday, according to reports.

Authorities rushed to a call over a cardiac arrest, emergency sources reportedly said.
Perry was found in a jacuzzi with no sign of foul play, a law enforcement source told the Los Angeles Times.
LAPD officer Drake Madison told The Associated Press that police had gone to the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood of Los Angeles “for a death investigation of a male in his 50s.”
There were no drugs at the scene, according to celebrity website TMZ.
Photos from the scene showed the extent of Perry’s spacious residence.
The property boasts a large swimming pool in the back garden, with what appears to be a spa at one end.
It’s unclear whether it was that pool in which the actor lost his life.
Perry’s mother Suzanne Perry arrived at the house with her husband Keith Morrison shortly after news of the actor’s death broke.
Suzanne was pictured with her head bowed in grief.
Perry had enjoyed a meal with a friend just days before his sudden death.
Perry was pictured leaving an eatery in Los Angeles on October 21 – in what would be his final appearance in public.
Perry had stopped by the Apple Pan – an eatery famed for its hamburgers.
He was pictured in casual attire, wearing a t-shirt paired with black joggers and sneakers without laces.
The final photos of Perry emerged as it was revealed, in an eerie twist, that the star made a final haunting Instagram post before his death.
Perry’s most recent photo on Instagram – posted only six days ago – shows the actor relaxing in what appears to be a spa or jacuzzi.
“So warm water swirling around makes you feel good,” he wrote alongside the photo.
It’s unclear where the photo was taken.
In comments on the photo, fans pointed out the eeriness of the photo and the reported circumstances of Perry’s death.
“I can’t wrap my head around this,” one fan commented on the post after learning of the actor’s death.
“This is some freaky foreshadowing,” a second person said.
“This is very creepy…posting a photo of the hot tub…so strange!,” a third person said.
After news of the actor’s death broke, Warner Bros. issued a statement.
“We are devastated by the passing of our dear friend Matthew Perry. Matthew was an incredibly gifted actor and an indelible part of the Warner Bros. Television Group family,” the statement read, according to People.
“The impact of his comedic genius was felt around the world, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of so many. This is a heartbreaking day, and we send our love to his family, his loved ones, and all of his devoted fans.”
