In a remarkable feat, an Indian auto enthusiast has modified a Honda Civic into a Lamborghini Terzo Millennio electric concept car, surprising the internet and impressing car lovers worldwide. The car’s video, shared Gujrati YouTuber Tanna Dhaval, has gone viral on social media.

From Honda Civic to Lamborghini Terzo Millennio
Tanna Dhaval revealed that the ambitious journey of transformation started with the purchase of a 2008 model Honda Civic 1.8. Over a year, Dhaval meticulously worked on converting the sedan into a striking yellow model resembling the Italian luxury car. Utilizing the Civic’s engine and accessories, Dhaval sourced additional parts to complete the project.

Cost and Effort
The project incurred significant costs. Dhaval reveals that the metal frame or chassis alone cost over Rs 1 lakh, excluding labour charges. Dhaval mentioned that the labour charges amounted to around Rs 3 lakh. In total, the transformation project cost approximately Rs 12.5 lakh.

Challenges and Creative Solutions
One of the challenges Dhaval faced was obtaining wheels that resembled those of a Lamborghini. Despite this, he managed to create a convincing replica. A custom Lamborghini sticker logo was made and placed on the car’s bonnet, adding to the car’s authenticity.

Dhaval expressed his satisfaction with the project, stating, “It feels good, especially when one has spent a lot of money on this project.” The video of the car is available on Dhaval’s YouTube channel.

Dhaval added a “63” sticker at the rear of the car, paying tribute to British racing driver George Russell. Instead of actual glass, he used acrylic sheets with a black film for the windows, which cannot be opened.National Pride and Innovation
Dhaval also incorporated India’s national flag into the design. “Lamborghini is an Italian company but our India’s flag should also be there (on the car),” he said, showcasing the tricolours on the vehicle. He emphasized the use of locally sourced materials, stating, “We’ve used all jugaad items. Everything had to match.”
