Himanshi Khurana, the former Bigg Boss 13 contestant revealed how she adopted to simple desi lifestyle habits and lost 11 kgs. The actor and model opened up about her incredible transformation and how everyday diet helped her achieve it.

Himanshi shared how she shed kilos without any intensive gym workout session or fad diet. For her sustainable weight loss, she simple followed home cooked meal that was all inclusive of what our ancestors said. Speaking at ABP Health Conclave, Khurana said that ” I never gave up on my favorite foods.” She revealed that she ate parathas everyday. Her diet comprised of ghee, oil, paranthas and majorly home cooked meals only. She further added that she only goes to pilates session twice a week and that’s her desi and basic outlook towards a healthy lifestyle.

Further, the Punjabi actress highlighted how in the new age weight loss has become a trend with more fad diets coming in.
