One of my pet peeves is applying different layers of makeup using a skin tint or foundation, concealer, blush and bronzer only to find it “cakes” as a final result.
There is nothing more frustrating than crepey under-eyes after you’ve applied product or flakiness around the drier mouth area.

The $58 tube comes in a broad range of sheens ranging from deeper coppers to translucent, glittery silvers and they’re meant to be use as all-over facial highlighters.
And while they do naturally highlight, and can be used as such as the final stage in your makeup routine, I actually use it just after the sunscreen step in my skincare and dot it in areas I’d normally dry out.
You’ll look quite slick at first, almost wet, but once you apply your concealer or foundation over the top you’ll just be left looking dewy.
I have the shade Prism Rose, which has flecks of pink in it, and I find this undercuts the blue in my under-eye circles.
