No green juices in sight, Emily is all about making delicious healthy food that you’ll actually want to eat, and she has the Instagram following (1.4 million) to back it up.

Think healthy Thai green curries and cacio e pepe pastas you’d want to serve at dinner parties.

Despite being delicious, her food doesn’t contain the calorie level of your average takeaway, and it’s far more healthy.

Another said: “I’ve been so excited to receive this after following Em on socials for so long and it has not disappointed. There are SO many recipes that we’ve never seen on Instagram.

The recipes aren’t overly elaborate with ingredients you can’t find or aren’t likely to have at home, also the quick protein measurements by each one are super helpful. The book is amazing quality and isn’t overly full with pictures — perfect balance!”

A third reviewer simply described it as “fabulous”.
