According to the video, Aanya starts her day with a beetroot juice in the morning. Next she has oats porridge with breakfast with strawberries, blueberries and half banana. At mid morning she sips on black coffee followed by vegetable chickpea wrap. In early evening Parashar snacks on handful of walnuts and almonds followed by peppermint tea. For dinner she savours some soy tikki.

Parashar emphasise on the need to calculate calorie deficit a key to sustainable weight loss along with healthy lifestyle pattern. Another of her caption reads as, “At 15 I was told I will be diabetic by 19 and was put on metformin which messed up my gut health real bad. At 19 I was told I might never get pregnant. But nobody really gave me a solution that works. At 24 my ovaries are of normal size and cyst free. My periods are regular and hormones are in normal range. These few changes really saved my life! (sic)”
