Passengers are stranded at the airports.
New Delhi: IndiGo Airline has been hit by a technical glitch and a system outage since 12:30 pm on Saturday, 05 October 2024 affecting flight operations and ground services across airports.
Helpless passengers cannot board the flights or book tickets hence they are stranded at the airports.
Passengers call DGCA for help
Many passengers have taken to social media platform X urging the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) to take note and rescue them from the cumbersome situations.
