JEE Main 2024: The last date to challenge the NTA JEE Main Answer Key has been revised. Yes, the National Testing Agency(NTA) will now allow candidates to raise objections against the JEE Main Answer Key 2024 till February 9, 2024 (up to 11:50 PM). No challenge will entertained without receipt of the processing fee. The fee towards the challenge will not be accepted through any other mode. The schedule has been revised due to a technical glitch in the server. Earlier, the last date to raise objections against the JEE Main 2024 Provisional Answer Key was till today, February 8, 2024.
JEE Main 2024 Result: NTA JEE Answer Key Revised Schedule
The Provisional Answer Keys of Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Paper 2B (B. Planning) along with the Question Papers with Recorded Responses were uploaded on the website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/. For those candidates who might have challenged without the appropriate Question ID/Option ID, may challenge again. Their former fees will be refunded soon. These candidates have also been informed through e-mail / SMS.
JEE Main 2024 Result
If challenge(s) made by the candidate is found correct, the Answer Key will be revised and applied in the response of all the candidates accordingly. Based on the revised Final Answer Keys, the result will be prepared and declared. No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/nonacceptance of his/her challenge. The Keys finalized by the Experts after the settlement of the challenge will be final. This year, JEE Main 2024 scorecard will be announced on February 12, 2024.
JEE Main 2024 Result: How to Raise Objections Against NTA JEE Answer Key?
- Please go to the website https://jeemain.nta.ac.in/
- Click ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key’
- Login with your Application Number and Date of Birth enter the Security PIN as displayed and Submit.
- Click ‘Challenge (s) regarding Answer Key’
- You will see the Question IDs in the below sequential order for JEE (Main) – 2024 Session 1 (January 2024).
- The ID next to the question under the column ‘Correct Option’ stands for the most appropriate Answer Key by NTA.
- If you wish to challenge this option, you may use any one or more of the Option IDs given in the next four columns by clicking the check box
- You may upload supporting documents for which you can select ‘Choose File and Upload (all documents to be put in a single PDF file).
- After clicking your desired option, for Mathematics / Physics / Chemistry for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.), Mathematics / Aptitude Test for Paper 2A (B.Arch.), and Mathematics / Aptitude Test / Planning for Paper 2B (B.Planning), scroll down and ‘Save you claim’ and move on to the next screen.
- You will see a display of all the Option IDs you have challenged.
- Click on ‘Save your claim and Pay Fee finally’.
- Select the Mode of Payment and Pay a non-refundable processing fee @ ₹ 200/- for each question challenged. Make payment through Debit / Credit Card / Net Banking.
