Leeds United will once again be acting as a sponsor for Leeds Pride with the annual city centre event taking place on Sunday 21st July 2024.
The club will be an Infrastructure Sponsor for the event, which is now in its 19th year and continues to grow year on year, with over 70,000 people attending in 2023.
Leeds Pride is a huge event that celebrates diversity within our city and gives thousands of LGBTQ+ people and their friends the opportunity to join a colourful and vibrant parade through the centre of Leeds.
Pride events have become a platform for education, helping people learn more about the issues related to discrimination and hate crimes and the ongoing fight for equality and inclusion, along with celebrating the achievements and role of the LGBTQ+ community.
Our official LGBTQ+ supporter’s group, Marching Out Together, will be leading a Walking Group on Sunday and would like any Leeds United supporters to join them on the day and be part of the celebrations. There will be a number of Leeds United and Marching Out Together giveaways on the day, and there will also be the opportunity to win a signed Leeds United home shirt for the 2024/25 season.
Representatives from the club will be in attendance from 11.30am, and the parade will begin at 12pm.
