The revealed pictures show that the interior of the new Superb and Kodiaq will get a major overhaul. The Interior of both cars gets a newly designed dashboard layout with a big free-standing touchscreen infotainment system with small rotary dials below with a small screen embedded inside.
The Superb features hidden air vents with vertical fins whereas the Kodiaq gets vertically stacked vents with more use of leatherette upholstery. Skoda says that the upholstery is made entirely out of recycled polyester. Another big change is the placement of the gear selector on the steering wheel column similar to Mercedes-Benz models.
Both cars will feature a 13.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Other expected features include connected car tech, an in-built navigation system, a premium sound system, a performance-oriented features display, a power delivery display and an off-road information display in the Kodiaq.

As mentioned previously, below the infotainment both cars also feature three rotary dials with 1.25-inch built-in displays. The built-in displays show various information about air conditioning, seat ventilation, volume, fan speed, air direction, smart AC, map zoom, and driving modes. The central dial can be pushed down to configure the desired function which can be set using the infotainment system.
The cars also get a 10-inch digital instrument cluster with a HUD display. The instrument cluster can be customised with various themes and the colour theme will change according to the drive mode selected. The HUD display will put out various information such as speed, RPM, navigation and much more.
Other features include the placement of a USB-C port on the centre rear view mirror which can be used to port the dashcam, 15W wireless smartphone charging, unique LED ambient light strip placements and umbrella storage at front doors. The Kodiaq gets active cooling for two devices.
