Bengaluru News: Work will start soon on a high-end housing project in Karnataka capital Bengaluru as construction firm BCD Group on Monday announced it has bagged a contract worth Rs 184 crore to build a residential project in the city.

In a statement, the BCD Group said it has secured a Rs 184 crore worth of work order from Ramsons Trendsquares to construct a luxury residential housing project in Bengaluru. The housing project ‘Ramsons Trendsquares East Park Residences’ has a 1.5 million square feet area, they said, adding that the scope of the work for BCD is a general civil contract and the project will need close to 700 skilled workers during peak operations.

The Bengaluru real estate market is increasingly growing premium with home buyers looking for high-end projects from trusted developers.

“As developers’ preferred partners, we are at the forefront of bringing innovation and new construction technology to design, develop and market the project among the target customers,” Angad Singh Bedi, Managing Director at BCD Group, said.
