Taking to her Instagram post, The Chaiyya Chaiyya star wished her fans a “An egg-stra healthy n special Easter ” along with a video of her performing a power-packed yoga session. In the video, Malaika Arora can be seen acing these 7 powerful yoga asanas:

  1. Parivrrta Ardha Utkatsana (Revolved Chair Pose Variation): This pose engages the abdominal muscles, obliques, and lower back muscles, helping to build core strength and stability.
  2. Bhunaman Asana (Cobra Pose): This asana helps strengthen the spine, stretches muscles and enhances overall flexibility and range of motion.
  3. Upavistha Konasana (Seated Straddle Pose): This asana strengthens the core, supporting the lower back and enhancing stability. It also helps to open the hips and release tension stored in the hip joints.
  4. Naukasana (Boat Pose): This asana enhances digestion and helps to tone and strengthen the core, improving stability and posture. Moreover, it also helps improve kidney function and promote detoxification.
