- Finish your dinner by 7-8 pm.
- Drink 3-4 litre of water every day.
- Try to eat 50 percent less every day and maintain a calorie deficit.
- Follow a simple workout routine every day for 30-40 minutes.
- The most important thing is to stay stress-free during your weight loss journey.
In another of his old video, he shared his entire day’s meal plan that helped him attain this transformation in 90 days.
Meal 1 (Breakfast):
- 4-6 scrambled eggs with spinach and bell peppers
- 1 cup of oatmeal with almond butter
- Supplements: Whey protein shake (optional)
Meal 2 (Mid-Morning Snack):
- Greek yogurt with mixed berries
- Handful of almonds
Meal 3 (Lunch):
- Grilled chicken breast or tofu
- Quinoa or brown rice
- Steamed broccoli or mixed vegetables
- Pre-Workout Meal (1-2 hours before workout):
- Whole grain toast with avocado
- Turkey slices or tuna
Meal 4 (Dinner):
- Grilled salmon or lean beef
- Sweet potato or wild rice
- Asparagus or green beans
Bedtime Snack (Optional):
