FILE: A Walnut Creek man who worked at Bay Area bars has been arrested on suspicion of multiple rapes that date back to at least 2018.
Douglas Sacha/Getty ImagesA Walnut Creek man who worked at bars around the Bay Area has been arrested on suspicion of raping multiple people, the Walnut Creek Police Department said.
Brandon Delliquadri was arrested on July 7 on suspicion of a series of rapes and sexual assaults that Contra Costa County court records show date back to at least 2018. Lt. Drew Olson of WCPD told SFGATE that more victims have come forward since the department issued a press release earlier this month detailing the initial charges against Delliquadri.
“Due to the nature of the allegations and the circumstances surrounding the case, we believe there may be other individuals who may have been sexually assaulted by the same suspect,” Walnut Creek police wrote in the press release.

Delliquadri worked at Bay Area bars, though Olson could not share which businesses he worked at or his positions there. Delliquadri remains in custody, and his bail is set at more than $4 million. Court documents show he faces up to 10 felony counts, including forcible rape, rape of an unconscious person and sodomy by use of force.
According to the Mercury News, Delliquadri is suspected of targeting intoxicated women. The outlet reported that if Delliquadri is convicted, he could face life in prison.
His hearing is set for Sept. 14.
