Srishti Dabas, a Delhi-based girl scored All India Rank(AIR) 6 in the Civil Services(Main) Examination, 2023. She secured 862 marks in the written examination and 186 marks in the personality test. Overall, she obtained 1048 marks.
Srishti worked at the Reserve Bank of India(RBI) in Mumbai, where she was involved in managing employee appraisals in the Human Resource Department. Srishti, after completing her schooling and graduation in Delhi, worked with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
