New Delhi: In an interview, MS Dhoni was asked to say on relationship advice, the former India captain reflected on and gave relationship advice to the youngsters. He got married to Sakshi in 2010 and had a daughter Ziva Dhoni in 2015. Speaking on his experience MS Dhoni talked about getting into a relationship and then getting married.
“There are some youngsters here in a relationship, so basically you have to say only yes to a girlfriend, it starts from there because it’s like you know early studies so from there when you finally get married. You have to say yes to everything so, if you get used to it from the beginning there won’t be any difficulties later in life,” said MS Dhoni.
“I have another favorite line, meri waali alag hai, everyone laughs at this but I think the beauty is once you get married or if you are in a relationship for a long time you star understanding each other. You know a lot of times what’s gonna happen so, the wife will know how to irritate the husband and the husband will know what question is coming!” he added.

There is also great news for MS Dhoni fans as Former Chennai Super Kings captain Dhoni is returning to the ‘Yellow Jersey’ for the next season as well. Dhoni himself has announced this and now according to a report, Chennai Super Kings CEO Kasi Vishwanathan has also confirmed it. Dhoni will be seen entertaining his fans in the 18th consecutive IPL season.

“When he is ready, what else (do) we want. We are happy,” franchise CEO Kasi Viswanathan told Cricbuzz on Saturday. Viswanathan’s assertion comes a day after Dhoni said he is looking forward to enjoying his cricket in the few years that are left in his career.
“I just want to enjoy whatever last few years of cricket I am able to play,” Dhoni was quoted as saying to TOI. “When you play cricket like a professional sport, it becomes difficult to enjoy it just like a game. That’s what I want to do. It’s not easy.”
“The emotions keep coming, the commitments are there. I want to enjoy the game for the next few years. I have to keep myself fit for nine months so that I can play two and a half months of IPL. You need to plan it out, but at the same time chill a bit.”
There has been constant doubt about Dhoni playing in the IPL for the last 2-3 seasons. After every season, the question has arisen whether he will return to play in the next season. Even after the team became the IPL champion in 2023, it was believed that perhaps he would retire with it, but on the demand of the fans, Dhoni returned in the 2024 season, but this time he left the captaincy and gave this responsibility to Rituraj Gaikwad. However, the last season was not good for the team and CSK missed out on reaching the playoffs.
