In a season in which skiwear is taking more of a starring role than it has since the pre-pandemic period, YNAP’s Mr Porter has linked up with Loro Piana as the exclusive global retailer for the debut of its latest ski collection.
Launching on the luxury menswear site on 1 December, selected styles are also available in Loro Piana’s flagship stores and online at its own webstore.
The collection includes 27 pieces across ready-to-wear and accessories, for a “balanced edit of technical skiwear alongside après-ready layering pieces and loungewear”.
The skiwear includes five shell jackets with matching trousers or salopettes in a neutral colour palette with nuances of green and red. Two pairs of ski gloves, black ski goggles and a pair of wooden skis and poles with the Loro Piana logo complete the technical offer.
The layering loungewear and accessories come in “cosy shapes and silhouettes”. That means bomber jackets, sweatpants, rollnecks and pullovers plus a knitted beanie hat and snood in a Fair Isle pattern.
Mr Porter’s buying director Daniel Todd said the link-up is the “largest technical ski offer we have collaborated on to date and is one we are certain will resonate with our global audience”.
