I have my eye on The Shorty in Berry which retails for $229, comes in a range of different colours, and is perfect as a bedside table or for extra office storage.

The different types of lockers on offer suit various locations. For example, the brand has lockers for your bedside, extra office space and even wardrobe-style lockers for your kids’ rooms.

Mustard Made also recently expanded its locker collection to include a limited-edition capsule of glass lockers as well as champagne flutes that have been created in collaboration with iconic Australian glassware designer, FAZEEK.

Elegant and elevated, Mustard’s collection of beautiful glass lockers blurs the lines between concealing and revealing.

The Glass Collection’s three new locker styles The Kit, The Mixer and The Collector bring together the essence of the original Mustard locker collection, with a refined new finish.

Most recently, the brand also released a floating shelf known as The Ledge that is available in two handy sizes and 12 different colours.

Mustard Made also offers a range of colourful magnets, baskets and hangers, which are also on sale.

Not only is there something for everyone in this sale, Mustard Made homewares also make incredible and unique Christmas gifts.

The name Mustard Made came about because Becca and Jess knew that colour was going to be one of the defining features of the brand.

The sisters understood that while not everyone loves lockers, those who do feel passionately about them — much like mustard.

“Lockers are an acquired taste,” Becca says.

“Our dad was like, ‘No one is going to buy these, it doesn’t make sense’. And now he has several at his house.”

Becca adds: “I’ve always had a strange fascination with old, rusty vintage lockers and old furniture. I live in a really old home with no built-in storage”.

The company launched in 2018 via a wholesale approach, partnering up with several leading homewares stores and doing a showing at a trade show, where they promptly sold out.

Since launching in 2018, Mustard Made has only enjoyed more success, and now Becca and Jess’s lockers are found in thousands of homes around the world.

According to Becca and Jess, Mustard came about as a way to keep seeing and speaking to each other, as both sisters lived on other sides of the world.

“We always dreamed of starting a business together as despite the physical distance between us, we’re so close,” Becca previously told Best Picks.

Mustard Made was dreamed up while I was on maternity leave and when Jess came out to visit me and my new baby.

We basically hatched a plan to go into business together so we’d always get to see each other.”
