Luxury multi-brand digital platform, Mytheresa, has announced the appointment of Amber Pepper as the new chief customer experience officer.
As of October 1, in this new role, Pepper will join the firm’s senior leadership team in Munich, where she will oversee partner marketing, brand management, communication, customer experience, and top customer engagement. Her experience in executing growth strategies for world-class luxury, retail, and fashion businesses is expected to play a key role in strengthening Mytheresa’s leadership position in the global luxury market.

Pepper has nearly 25 years of experience in the luxury sector, with a background in both digital and physical experience-focused roles. Her career includes her recent position as vice president of marketing, communications, and e-commerce at Tapestry. Prior to that, she served as chief marketing officer for Farfetch and held the role of head of marketing and communications at Harrods. Pepper also worked at Brower Lewis PRCo as managing director.
