Oasis announce highly anticipated return to Australia for ‘25 Tour after 19 years

Legendary British rock band Oasis have announced they will be returning to Australia for their Oasis Live ‘25 tour.

This marks the first time sibling rockers Liam and Noel Gallagher have performed down under in 19 years.

The Australian leg of the tour, produced by Live Nation, will feature Oasis playing stadiums in Sydney and Melbourne in October and November 2025.

“People of the land down under. You better run – you better take cover,” the band said in a statement.

“We are coming. You are most welcome.”

The previously announced dates on the Oasis Live ‘25 world tour sold out immediately, culminating in the biggest concert launch ever seen in the UK and Ireland, with over 10 million fans from 158 countries queuing to buy tickets.

Days after their return, the band claimed their eighth UK No. 1 album with the 30th anniversary of their electrifying debut album Definitely Maybe, while at the same time occupying two other spots in the top five UK albums chart.

As more tour dates are announced, demand to see Oasis live continues to soar, with all North American dates also selling out within an hour of going on sale.

Oasis remain a huge draw in the streaming era, with over 27 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone — an increase of almost 50 per cent since the announcement of their return — and nearly 12.5 billion streams to date across all platforms.

Presale registration now open until 8am AEDT on Wednesday October 9.

Melbourne tickets on sale to the general public from 10am AEDT time on Tuesday October 15.

Sydney tickets on sale to the general public from 12pm AEDT time on Tuesday October 15.
